COP26-Nordsjøen
NorthWind actively contributed to the document "The North Sea as a Springboard for the Green Transition", co-signed by Ruhr Universität Bochum, the British Geological Survey, the University of Strathclyde, TNO, University of Oslo, the Technical University of Denmark, Fraunhofer, University of Zurich, NTNU and SINTEF.

Based on the document NTNU and SINTEF will present three recommendations for a green transition in the North Sea and invite panellists to discuss the report and the recommendations. This will be presented 9 November at UN Climate Change Conference, COP26 in Glasgow.

6th Conference on Wind energy and Wildlife impacts

The 6th conference on Wind energy and Wildlife impacts is an internationally recognised event to share and engage in the latest science about the risk of wind energy to wildlife – and how to mitigate this risk. The conference will take place 4 - 8 April 2022 in Egmond aan Zee, in the Netherlands.
